2. Receive Your Personalised Quote
Once your request is reviewed, we’ll send you a tailored quote based on your design and requirements. We can also include any feasible timelines, or further information that will help with your decision making!
To secure your order, a deposit is required, it’s usually around one third of the cost of your wedding dress. Payments can be made via bank transfer, Stripe, or PayPal. If you have selected a sketch (highly recommended) our artist will begin creating your custom sketch. You’ll have the opportunity to review sketch drafts before finalising the final look.
3. Confirm Your Design Brief
You’ll provide your measurements and preferences, including colour, fabric, train length, and any custom details, using our step-by-step guide.
You may choose a standard size or submit custom measurements. We strongly recommend careful measuring, and photos are welcome to help ensure accuracy. Please note that minor alterations may still be required for the perfect fit.
Once all details are confirmed, production begins and your next instalment will be invoiced. We’ll also share pattern photos and progress updates for your approval.
4. We Create Your Dress
Your gown is handcrafted by our experienced dressmakers using professional techniques and strict quality control processes.
Each dress is checked carefully to ensure it aligns with your approved brief. Where needed, refinements are made before final completion.
Production typically takes 8–12 weeks, with rush orders available for an additional fee. Before shipping, we’ll share a photo of your finished dress for final approval and request the remaining balance.
5. Packaging & Delivery
Your gown is carefully packaged and includes a complimentary wedding dress bag.
All orders are shipped with signed delivery for peace of mind, locally with Australia Post. DHL Express is available for urgent timelines at an additional cost.
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking details.
