FAQ’s
Common Questions
How long does production take?
Most made-to-order gowns take approximately 6–12 weeks. If your wedding date is sooner, please contact us before ordering to discuss rush options.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship both within Australia and internationally.
Which couriers do you use?
We ship Australian orders via Australia Post. International orders are shipped using DHL Express.
How will my dress arrive?
You can choose between a protective garment satchel or a presentation box at checkout. All gowns are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.
Do I get to see fabric options before ordering?
Yes. Fabric options are shared through detailed images to help you visualise texture, drape, and finish before confirming your design.
Can I organise a sketch of my dress?
Yes. A custom design sketch can be created for a $100 fee. This allows us to clearly align on your vision before production begins.
Can I request a rush order?
Yes. Rush orders may be available depending on workload and fabric availability. Please contact us before ordering to confirm timing and pricing.
Do you offer custom measurements?
Yes. You may order using standard sizing or provide custom measurements using our measuring guide. Photos of measurements are welcome to help confirm accuracy.
Will I still need alterations?
Possibly. Bridal tailoring is common, even with custom measurements, due to body shape and personal preference. Minor alterations are best handled locally.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Because each gown is made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size choice, or measurement discrepancies.
When is final payment required?
Final payment is required before your dress is shipped. We will invoice you once your gown is nearing completion.
