✦ HOW TO USE
Peel away the backing, position the strip between your skin and clothing, then press firmly into place.
When removing, slightly dampen the adhesive with warm water where it meets the skin and gently peel away.

Do not apply to irritated, sunburned or sensitive skin. Recommends not wearing the product for more than 12 hours.
